We are aware of a delivery issue affecting Member Connect, where messages may not be received. (This includes test messages sent to credit union staff.)
We are researching this matter and will provide an update when we know more.
In the meantime, we recommend that credit unions do not attempt to re-send messages in Member Connect as we work to research and resolve this issue.
***UPDATE 12/9/2024 8:30 AM CT*** We continue to research this issue. In the meantime, this may impact a credit union’s ability to use Member Connect for Substitute 1099-INTs until the issue is resolved on our end.
***UPDATE 12/11/2024 7:40 AM CT*** This issue has been resolved. You may resume using this feature within CU*BASE.
