The "Check Withdrawal" (audio response check) is an optional feature your credit union may choose to offer your members in CU*TALK Audio Response and It's Me 247 online banking. It is used to take funds from a members accounts and issue a check, payable to them.
The credit union will print any requested checks in a batch, usually once a day, and will mail the check will be sent directly to the main address on file at the credit union for the member.

Member Steps to Request a Check Withdrawal
- Log in to Online Banking
- From the My Accounts tab, select Check Withdrawal under the Manage column
- In the Check withdrawal amount field, enter the amount of the check
- In the From account field, use the drop-down list to choose the account where the money should come from.
- The amount shown next to each account suffix is the total available for withdrawal from that account, including from line-of-credit loans.
- Click Request the check to display a confirmation screen
- Click Looks good, continue after verifying the entries are correct
- A Check Request Successful message will appear
