Below are the steps to 'Follow' Alerts and/or Clients News sections in order to receive emails and updates on posted articles..
1. From the Help Center in Zendesk, select a category
- Alerts
- Client News
- FAQ
2. From the Alerts Category or Client News Category, select the desired section
- Sections for Client News include General News, Training News, and Press Releases (The Press Release section is currently "under construction" and will be coming soon)
- Sections for Alerts include General Alerts, CU*BASE Alerts, Third Party Alerts, and Scheduled Maintenance Alerts.
- Sections for FAQ include Best Practices, Knowledge Base, Commonly Requested Forms, and Frequently Asked Questions

3. Click the green 'Follow' icon In the top right corner for the selected section
4. From the Follow drop-down menu, select the desired follow type: 'News articles' or 'News articles and comments'
Please Note: You will need to repeat the steps above for each section you would like to follow.
