We are aware of an issue where, if the “Mobile” check box is either checked or unchecked for an existing phone number through Phone Operator > Name/Address, this change is not creating a maintenance record and therefore is not transmitting the change in nightly batch maintenance for members who are ATM/Debit/Credit cardholders.
We have created a project to address this. We will provide an update to this alert when this issue has been resolved.
