We are aware of an issue currently impacting multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes received via text.
Users may experience delays in receiving MFA codes via text for It’s Me 247 online banking and BizLink 247. Email codes are currently working as intended.
We are currently researching this matter and will provide an update to this alert when we know more.
