This is a reminder that the high-availability rollover event is coming up. The rollover process will begin Sunday, April 6, 2025.
During this time, CU*BASE and CU*Talk will be operational, but there may intermittent periods of interruption to It’s Me 247 online and mobile banking. ATM and credit card transactions will continue to operate in stand-in mode at the switch.
*Please note: CU*BASE Training Edition (CTE) services are not available during the rollover period while operating from the HA data center.
Site4 will also be adding additional Hard Drives to the System at time of the rollover event.
As a reminder, we strongly encourage that someone at each branch tests connectivity to the HA data center from a GOLD workstation prior to the rollover event. Additionally, if your credit union has any employees who are working remotely, we recommend asking them to perform the connectivity test as well.
Ping tests must be conducted at one PC at each credit union location as well as by all remote employees. Ping tests must be completed by close of business on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. (If these tests are not completed, we cannot guarantee your employees will have connectivity to the system after we roll our servers.)
How to Conduct Your Ping Test
1. To ping a network device, you will need to open a command prompt.
-
In Windows 10, type the following in the Windows Search box: cmd
2. Once the command prompt is open, type "ping ha.site-four.com" and press "Enter" to execute the ping test.
-
If you receive replies, then your workstation is able to communicate with that device over the network.
-
If you get time out messages or "not reachable" message, then there is a network issue that should be addressed. Please contact us at support@cusouth.com to troubleshoot.
