We have published updated guidelines for network requirements to help your credit union prepare to launch CBX. Review these requirements carefully, and pass along the information to your IT teams to ensure that you are prepared for CBX.
Station Control Requirements
Station Control is the application that lives on your workstation that makes the connection for integrations such as Native Receipts and ProDOC. Station Control also contains the CBX installer, which makes the quick launch links on your desktop. Each workstation needs to have Station Control installed before using CBX (and does require admin privileges to install). Want to know when your credit union is scheduled to begin using CBX? Check out the schedule at the link below!
Remember this is the date when CBX is available to you. For some credit unions it might take a few days to rally the troops and get everyone going, and that’s okay. We just want you to get started using it as soon as you can after that date.
