Worldpay Outage

**This alert applies only to credit unions whose EFT vendor is WorldPay**

All Worldpay links on CUAPROD and SITE4 started going down around 10:47 PM ET on Thursday, November 6, 2025. 

Worldpay was notified, and we learned that there was an outage. 

All links were back to normal operation at approximately 2:02 AM ET on Friday, November 7, 2025.

Any transactions performed during this time would've been completed using your stand-in limits at FIS/Worldpay.
