Issue with iPay MASTER Site

***This alert applies to credit unions whose bill pay provider is iPay***

We are aware of an issue with the iPay MASTER site where users are receiving an error message when:

• Unlocking a subscriber in MASTER site
• Attempting to add a Pay-From Account
• Attempting to manage Sub-users
