GoAnywhere Server Maintenance 5/17

On Sunday, May 17th from 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM ET (1:00 AM – 6:00 AM PT), our teams will perform system maintenance to the GoAnywhere environment.  As a result, there will be brief disruptions for secure file transfers using GoAnywhere, as well as intermittent outages during which credit union member online banking alerts through email or text may be delayed.

Network Maintenance 5/19

On Tuesday morning, May 19th, from 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM ET (5/18 at 9:00 PM – 5/19 at 5:00 AM PT), we will be performing internal network maintenance. During this time, there may be brief network interruptions to the following services:

• CU*Talk audio response and our phone system
• It’s Me 247 online and mobile banking
• CU*CheckViewer check images
• eDOC applications
• Hosted web/mail sites and cuanswers.com
• AnswerBook
• CU*Spy
• BizLink 247 online banking
