All card vendors experienced downtime beginning today at 4:22 AM CT, with a back up time of 6:22 AM CT. During this time ATM, debit, and credit interfaces were taken offline for a subsystem restart due to a weekly full system save. While offline, card swipes would have been decisioned based on the stand‑in limits set for each card in the respective vendor’s database.
