Member Connect helps your credit union connect with your members regularly and consistently. Whether your goal is promoting a new product or service or simply keeping in touch with your members. It provides a single place to access many different CU*BASE marketing tools.
The advantage of Member Connect, is that it allows you to create a single database file of member account numbers and then use that same file to reinforce your message through several different channels.
To send a Member Connect message, you will first need to create a file/list of accounts so you can communicate with that specific group of members by using the Member List Generator feature via Tool # 447: List Generator (Database/Labels) or the Query feature via Tool # 100 CU*BASE Report Builder (Query). Once you have created your file, you can send a Member Connect message using Tool # 497: Member Connect Marketing Tools.
