The below maintenance items were performed earlier in the week.
GoAnywhere Server Maintenance 5/10
On Sunday, May 10th from 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM ET (1:00 AM – 6:00 AM PT), our teams will perform system maintenance to the GoAnywhere environment. As a result, there will be brief disruptions for secure file transfers using GoAnywhere, as well as intermittent outages during which credit union member online banking alerts through email or text may be delayed.
idocVAULT Maintenance 5/12/26
We will be performing maintenance on our idocVAULT servers tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12th, between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM ET (1:00 AM – 2:00 AM PT). During this time, the vault may be intermittently unavailable and users may be unable to view receipts, member IDs, loan forms and member documents.
CU*Spy Maintenance (Statements, Reports, and Images)
On Thursday, May 14th, at 11:00 PM ET (8:00 PM PT), we will be performing maintenance on the CU*Spy Statements, Reports, and Images servers until 2:00 AM ET (11:00 PM PT). During this time, there may be intermittent periods during which credit union staff may be unable to view documents in CU*Spy, such as reports, statements, and images. Members may be unable to view documents in online banking, such as e-statements.
