We are aware that for users maintaining an existing, or adding a new, uncollected funds record via Tool #919 Update Uncollected Funds Information the screen may drop to emulator. This is a screen-only issue, and the screen will only drop to emulator if the Activate check hold exception reasons option is unchecked within Tool #849 Automated Holds Configuration.
We are currently working on this issue and expect the correction to be implemented within the week; we will update this alert with more information as it’s available.
