We are aware of an issue with Flex Loan modifications. Currently, when a member submits a Flex Loan request from It’s Me 247 online banking, fees are not being debited in CBX, and the request is not coming into the queue in Tool #2 Work/View Loan Application Status.
Our teams are currently engaged on this matter, and we will provide an update when we know more.
