We are aware of an issue where the SSN may not display properly for some accounts in the ‘Secondary Names Inquiry’ screen in CBX. This issue does not impact every record and will not impact records with two or more names listed.
As a workaround, users can select the ‘Show Comments/DBA’ button, then toggle between the ‘Show SSN/TIN’ and ‘Show Birth Date’ without the column disappearing. Once the desired display is on the screen, users can select ‘Show Ownership Type’ to display ownership details again.
A fix is scheduled to be implemented on Tuesday, June 23rd. We will provide an update to this alert when the fix has been deployed and the issue has been resolved.
