***UPDATE 7/8/2026 7:20 AM CT*** After deploying the corrections we are now seeing an occasional program error under certain circumstances. We will update this alert with more information shortly.
***UPDATE 7/8/2026 8:30 AM CT*** After investigation from our teams, we have learned that if the check amount field for the payroll record a user is trying to access is blank, the system will present an error. If there is an amount in the field already from previously configuring the payroll record, then a user should be able to post without issue. It is important that if a user is able to get into the payroll record, they do not leave that screen without a number in the check amount field until a fix is deployed for this issue. We will update this alert when we know more.
