Did you forget your password or accidentally lock your device with invalid attempts? Don't fear!
A designated Security Officer for your credit union can assist you at any time to reset your username password by completing the following steps.
- Launch Tool # 763: Reset User Password/Device
- In the User ID field, enter the CU*BASE username that needs to be reset
- Click the forward arrow
The username will be reset to a temporary password of X1234. The temporary password is case sensitive (notice the capital X!)
You will then be required to create a permanent password immediately after logging in with the temporary password.
Password Requirement Reminders:
- Require 1 digit (numeric)
- Username cannot be used in password
- Minimum length of 8 characters
- Maximum length of 20 characters
- Must include both alpha and numeric characters
- Require 1 special character
- Cannot begin with a numeric character
- Password expiration every 30 days
- Cannot be the same as the previous 32 passwords
