View Ticket Details & Update Tickets
Navigate to the Zendesk Website:
Use your Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to navigate to the following URL: https://cusouth.zendesk.com.
Sign into Zendesk
Click on the 'Sign in' link located in the top right of the CU*SOUTH Zendesk homepage.
Enter the email address and password associated with your Zendesk account, and click the 'Sign in' button.
Reset Your Zendesk Password
If you're not sure what your password is, click on the 'Forgot my password' link, located directly beneath the 'Sign in' button.
Type in your email address and click the 'Submit' button.
Check your email inbox for a message from Zendesk, and click on the password reset link located within the email.
Enter in your new password, and click 'Set password'.
Access Your Tickets
Once you're signed into Zendesk, locate your name in the top-right. Click on the downward pointing arrow to the right of your name.
Select the 'My activities' option.
The 'My requests' tab will be displayed by default.
You can also choose to view 'Requests I'm CC'd on'.
View Ticket Details & Update Tickets
To open the ticket and view its details, click on the ticket subject from your requests.
Ticket details will be listed.
To make ticket updates, click within the 'Add to conversation' box to open the text box.
Through the text box, you can:
- Add CC emails to your ticket.
- Make a comment or ask a question.
- Upload relevant files through the text box.
Once complete, click the 'Submit' box to submit your update.
Or if this update solves your ticket, click the 'Mark as solved & Submit' button instead.
