All two-digit Employee IDs will need to be reset internally by a designated Security Officer at your credit union. For security and audit purposes, our Client Experience Team is not able to reset an Employee ID on your behalf.
The Security Officer can reset the Employee ID by completing the following steps.
- Launch Tool # 762: Reset Employee ID Password
- In the Employee ID field, enter the two-digit employee password that needs to be reset
- Click the forward arrow
- In the Password field, enter your credit union’s preferred temporary password
- Click the forward arrow
You will then be required to create a permanent password immediately after logging in with the temporary password.
Password Requirement Reminders:
- Password length is defined by each individual credit union. Typically, the requirement is 2 characters to 8 characters
- New passwords cannot be the same as the last 12 passwords
- New password cannot be the same as the Employee ID
In extreme circumstances, a written authorization will be needed by a Security Officer for our Client Experience Team to perform a password reset to an Employee ID.
