We are aware that users who use Mainstreet for check ordering are receiving a server error when trying to order checks through Tool #3 Open/Maintain Membership/Accounts.
We have heard from Mainstreet that they are experiencing issues, and they do not have an ETA on a resolution.
Some users are able to use the Mainstreet website directly to order checks, but if you do not have login credentials to the website, Mainstreet has indicated you may call and order checks via phone.
We’ll update this alert when we have more information.
***UPDATE 6/22/2026 8:50 AM CT***
Mainstreet has corrected their internal error, and checks are again able to be ordered without error through CBX.
